A new "Oumuamua" enters our Solar system in "Visitor" : The Novel by John Triptych!

Only a few years ago the sudden entry of an unexpected interstellar object into the solar system created a stir not only among the common people but also among scientists. It was neither a comet nor an asteroid. Scientists named it "Oumuamua", the mystery of which has not been solved till date and there is no consensus among scientists about its correct identity even today. The presented science fiction novel is very similar in which, like "Oumuamua", another surprising interstellar object suddenly enters to our solar system space. Author John Triptych along with Michel Lamontagne has woven a very interesting and thrilling plot on this theme. The author being a researcher himself is adept at weaving mysterious plots like the present one. In the novel,a daring space expedition takes shape to explore the mysterious interstellar object. The novel's dramatic unfolding of the scenes and messages may change humanity's understanding of the universe. It is a wonderful blend of scientific realism, adventure and mystery. This novel reminds us of Arthur C. Clarke's "2001: A Space Odyssey" and "Rendezvous with Rama". Here is the plot in brief - Seeing an object with a strange resemblance to "Oumuamua" in the solar system, scientists around the world doubt its natural origin. A bold plan is quickly made to build a spacecraft and attempt of a human landing on it is hatched. The crew consists of Cassie Voges and one another astronaut seeking redemption. Behind the mission is Toby Merckx, an eccentric billionaire who is involved in the race to uncover the possible mystery of such objects. There is a character named Charles Hudson , a billionaire who is crazy about discovering such objects. To know what all these crazy people do together, one has to open the pages of the novel. Arvind Mishra Secretary,Indian Science Fiction Writers' Association

Shadows, Ghost and Gold - A short Review

Science fiction writers have a penchant for responding to the rapidly deteriorating conditions of the present world by predicting a parallel civilization that could sustain humanity. A rising San Francisco science fiction author A. B. Raphaelle has spun just such a fantasy in her newly published novel, "Shadows, Ghosts and Gold..." a brief review of which is presented here.

When Abbie, a cutting-edge abbey with enormous but untapped spiritual abilities, meets Aroya, a tech-obsessed man from a dystopian future, their encounter leads to an unexpected outcome that seems to transcend the boundaries of time and space. Through a mystical combination of fate and a mysterious pair of glowing stones, they find themselves on a journey that spans centuries.

From the dusty streets of 1856 San Francisco, where evil and greed reign, to the glittering edge of a new future, Abby and Aroya must cross dangerous timelines, confront haunting spiritual forces and piece together the broken pieces of their past.

Along the way, shrouded in mystery, they discover that the key to shaping the future lies not in some parallel history, but in finding faith, embracing love and healing what is here and now.

Part romance, part spiritual journey and part time-travel adventure, this is a story of change, resilience and the power of love to transcend even the darkest of times.

Will Abby and Aroya's love be enough to overcome the challenges of time? Or will the weight of their journey unravel everything they have fought for?

Step into a world where every choice looms over eternity, and discover that even in chaos, the most enduring truths are the simplest: love, trust, and the courage to begin again.

The novel is a gripping read that I highly recommend. It's available on Amazon.

A Short Review of Q Turner written 'Blood Sacrifice' : A novel that explores rebellion, the struggle for survival, and social irony!

Q Turner is a New England-based indie author known for her work that explores rebellion, the struggle for survival, and social irony. She highlights the humane and inhuman instincts that define us. Blood Sacrifice is her debut novel that takes readers to a stunning dystopian world where rebellion is brewing.

It is a story of escape from a world where inflation is skyrocketing, trust in government is eroded, and unrest is spreading rapidly. In such a scenario, an elite class, untouched by the fall of empire, relax in their gleaming mansions alongside the sea, indulging in their wealth and delightful android companions. They are protected from crumbling infrastructure, crime-ridden streets, and inconvenient taxes. For the rest, there is "Parallel" - a digital sanctuary where citizens escape the gloom of reality, logging in to forget their dying world.

At the center of the story are two compelling but unusual characters. Rita Shor, a grieving woman crushed by systemic oppression and personal loss, turns to "Parallel" in search of solace. Her innocent, heartfelt expressions of pain and resilience unexpectedly resonate and inspire a community that elevates her as the voice of a hopeful revolution. The other character is Dr. Gagarin Sokolo, a brilliant but ethically compromised doctor who believes that control is the path to saving humanity. Behind the scenes, a group of hackers in "Parallel" work to unite their divisive followers, all hoping to topple their empire's oppressive system. In contrast, Dr. Gagarin Sokolo believes that continued control - especially over women - is the key to saving a crumbling empire.  Meanwhile, a group of hackers works secretly to unite Sokolo and Shor's divided followers and form an unlikely alliance to overthrow the oppressive system that binds them all.

Blood Sacrifice confronts readers with powerful questions about power, patriarchy, and the price of revolution in a series of stories that raise resistance to corruption and inequality.

"The Engineer's Apprentice" by J. R. Martin

I read "The Engineer's Apprentice", a steampunk adventure full of mystery, magic, adventure and action, written by science fiction author J.R. Martin. Here is a brief review.

A talented steam engineer Annie Sakdavong dreams of breaking free from the shackles of the past, but her search for a mentor is nearly impossible. Along the way, she comes across another Igbo engineer Issa Obasi who has visionary ideas for combining magic with steampunk technology. They begin a partnership to reshape the world. But their alliance is shattered when a mysterious Native American capable of walking through walls intrudes on their lab. And the two engineers, Annie and Issa, are thrust into a dangerous journey into western native land - a region where danger lurks in every shadow.

As the danger mounts and the death toll rises, they are drawn deeper and deeper into a web of conspiracy.  Pursued by their enemies, can they rise up to the forces arrayed against them and forge a new future, or will their ambitions be crushed by a world unwilling to change? You'll have to read the novel for yourself to find out.
